Event Details
Massachusetts cranberry growers are invited to join us for a Succession Planning Workshop. This event is free to attend and will include a buffet dinner. An expert panel will cover important succession planning topics such as record keeping, insurance, taxes, management transfer vs ownership transfer, timelines and more. MDAR will also be present to speak about their new Farm-Pass program, which provides direct assistance to help Massachusetts farm owners pass their farm on to the next generation. This event is appropriate for growers of all ages who may be interested in learning more about this process.
